C.R.U. + MVU = A VERSATILE VENTILATION SYSTEM

Tempest Technology, Inc. has partnered with Pierce® Manufacturing, Inc. to offer a versatile platform for the Mobile Ventilation Unit (MVUTM).  The Pierce Changeable Response Unit (C.R.U.) is a hook-lift loader that is designed to fit a ¾ ton or larger heavy duty truck (single or dual wheel). 

The C.R.U. system allows the Mobile Ventilation Unit to be offloaded and manually positioned for positive pressure ventilation operations.  The C.R.U. platform features caster wheels for easy positioning and outriggers to provide stability for the MVU.

The Tempest Mobile Ventilation Unit (MVU) is the next step in the evolution of PPV as a revolutionary firefighting tool, allowing for fast and controlled ventilation of large structures.  The MVU makes it possible to quickly remove smoke, heat and gases from a variety of large structures:

The MVU can be operated on or off the C.R.U. vehicle.
